Justice’s Constitution of Lawyers Association (AYTAD) is a professional-oriented non-governmental organization established to create a common platform focused on continuous development. It is based on the principles of national and international professional ethics, solidarity, information exchange, and interaction of the profession, which is the guarantee of the manifestation of justice, and to carry out holistic studies in the development of the profession by producing solutions to the existing problems of the attorney profession.

AYTAD’s primary goal is to raise awareness on career planning, specialization, education, professional network, and digital transformation, especially the economic concerns of young lawyers who take new steps into the profession, offer solutions to lawmakers to support lawyers by developing projects.
“I swear on my dignity and conscience that I will act by the law, morality, honor, and rules of the profession.” Starting the profession by the oath and whose priority is legal norms contributing to law’s development and experienced lawyers from Turkey’s every province, expert academics in the field, and trainee lawyers’ young representatives of the profession come together under AYTAD roof.
